It is produced from high quality ingredients – malt from two-row summer barley and six-row winter barley, fine varieties of hops, yeast and crystal-clear artesian water from Parnassos. Its alcohol content is 5.2% Vol. It is fermented within the framework of a specialised and fully controlled process, it is internationally recognised and has received awards.
